Restomax is looking for a marketing strategist who can deliver results.

Do you have a flair for trends? Can you capture attention and turn scrolls into qualified leads? Then come and shake up the hospitality industry with us!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

You launch campaigns that make an impact
You manage content like a boss
  • You create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, social, etc.).
  • You adapt the tone, visuals and formats to speak to restaurant owners as individuals.
  • You work on messages with the sales team to generate hot leads.
  • You produce posts that make an impact (LinkedIn, Instagram, emails, blogs... you switch easily)
  • You tell our story, describe our product and explain our impact → and you do it with style.
  • You work hand in hand with our designers to achieve a stunning result.
You manage performance without faltering

  • You track KPIs, analyse what works (and what doesn't) to iterate like a pro.
  • You manage budgets and tools (HubSpot, Meta Ads, GA4, etc.) as if they were your playground.
  • You work with the product team to align marketing with the reality on the ground.


Do you recognise yourself here?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth (SaaS or B2B? Jackpot)
  • You are fluent in Flemish (spoken and written) and comfortable in English.
  • You know how to write a catchy post as well as run a paid campaign.
  • Resilient, curious, independent, and always up for trying new things.
  • You know your GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot like the back of your hand.
  • You work as part of a team, share wins (and fails), and help others grow.
